Sign-Ups Are Now OPEN!

Sign-ups are now open for November’s edition! New members who join on or after October 11th will receive November’s Edition as their first mailing

Welcome to The Woodland Post, this is a monthly art mail club where each month, I send an envelope filled with whimsical watercolor illustrations and a little storybook wonder to your mailbox. Every edition is mailed on or around the 15th!

You can choose to pay monthly or pay upfront for a full year of The Woodland Post. No matter which payment option you select, you will still receive one new edition in your mailbox every month.

Choose Your Membership

Monthly Membership
US Members: $11 per month
International Members: $13 per month

Your payment renews monthly until canceled.

Yearly/Annual Membership
US Members: $132 for a full year
International Members: $156 for a full year

The annual membership includes 12 consecutive monthly editions. You'll pay once upfront and continue receiving a new Woodland Post each month for a full year. Your membership renews annually until canceled.

The slightly higher International pricing just accounts for the more expensive international stamp.

What's in Each Woodland Post

Each month, you will receive:

One 5x7 art print
One mini print
One handmade sticker
One mystery item
A little letter from me, including a story to help bring the painting to life

Shipping and Billing Details

Woodland Post editions are mailed with a stamp to keep the cost of membership low. Because of this, tracking information is not provided.

The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 10th. Anyone who joins on or after the 11th will begin with the following month's edition.

If you select the monthly membership and join near the beginning of a new sign-up period, there may be some overlap between your first two payments before your first edition arrives. This is completely normal, and each payment goes toward its own individual monthly edition. You can always reach out if you would like your next monthly payment rescheduled.

Annual members are charged for all 12 editions upfront and will not be charged again each month. Your next payment will occur when your annual membership renews the following year.

Please allow 7–14 business days after shipping confirmation for US letters to arrive and approximately 2–4 weeks for International letters.

Subscription Notes

Both membership options renew automatically based on the payment schedule you select.

Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time to stop future monthly charges and mailings. Canceling does not cancel or refund an edition that has already been charged or processed.

Canceling an annual membership prevents the following year's renewal. You will continue receiving all 12 monthly editions included in the year you have already purchased. Annual memberships cannot be partially refunded once the first edition has been processed.

Once an edition has been processed or mailed, it is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel an upcoming renewal, update your mailing address, reschedule a monthly payment, or need help with anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out. 😊

It started as a birthday gift from a dear friend and now I subscribe to the mail club so that my daughters and I can read the stories together. I always remembered getting excited when I would get mail as a child and want to continue that tradition for my girls. Human-made is best. Snail mail is exciting. Art is forever. And supporting artists is so important in this world...more then ever!

I loved this so much 🥹 Everything was so cute and felt really personal. I had no idea there was a little story included, and that honestly made it even more special. Such a sweet thing to receive in the mail , the art the design everything was perfect 💌🍒 . I would’ve loved to have a few more little pieces to use in my journal too, like extra elements, or decorative bits that match the whole vibe. Such a sweet thing to receive in the mail 💌🍒✨

After getting home from work, I finally got a chance to sit down and read your mail club letters, I honestly enjoyed them so much. There’s something really nice about getting actual mail and taking the time to read through everything, especially after being away. It felt like a little treat waiting for me when I got back. 💌
Thank you for putting these together and sharing a little piece of yourself through your letters. You can tell there’s love and thought behind them, and I really appreciate that. I’m so glad I joined your mail club, and I can’t wait to see what the next one brings! ❤️

I absolutely love being part of this Snail Mail Club! You are such a wonderful writer, Madi, and I love your artistic style and the fact that you create and paint all the artwork yourself. Every month has such a well-thought-out theme, and everything feels beautifully put together and visually cohesive.

I especially love the little stories about the mice and seeing the new artwork and paintings each month. And of course, I love the stickers! I think it could also be fun to receive a little sticker sheet every now and then, just for a bit of variety.

One of my favourite parts is actually your personal letters. I love getting to know YOU as well as following the little world and characters you’ve created. It makes the whole club feel so much more personal – almost like we’re pen pals 💌

You can really tell how much thought and creativity goes into every month’s mail, and I always look forward to seeing what the next theme will be!

We had so much fun opening our mail and reading about our woodland friends. We also shared the story with our Maileg mice toys and recreated part of the story. My four year old can't wait for the next letter!
