Welcome to The Woodland Post, a monthly art mail club where an envelope filled with whimsical watercolor illustrations and little surprises arrives at your mailbox each month. Every edition is mailed on or around the 15th!

You can choose to pay monthly or pay upfront for a full year of The Woodland Post. No matter which payment option you select, you will still receive one new edition in your mailbox every month.

US Members: $11 per month
International Members: $13 per month

Your payment renews monthly until canceled.

Yearly/Annual Membership
US Members: $132 for a full year
International Members: $156 for a full year

The annual membership includes 12 consecutive monthly editions. You'll pay once upfront and continue receiving a new Woodland Post each month for a full year. Your membership renews annually until canceled.

A little letter from me, including a story that brings the painting to life

Shipping and Billing Details

Woodland Post editions are mailed with a stamp to keep the cost of membership low. Because of this, tracking information is not provided.

The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 10th. Anyone who joins on or after the 11th will begin with the following month's edition.

If you select the monthly membership and join near the beginning of a new sign-up period, there may be some overlap between your first two payments before your first edition arrives. This is completely normal, and each payment goes toward its own individual monthly edition. You can always reach out if you would like your next monthly payment rescheduled.

Annual members are charged for all 12 editions upfront and will not be charged again each month. Your next payment will occur when your annual membership renews the following year.

Please allow 7–14 business days after shipping confirmation for US letters to arrive and approximately 2–4 weeks for International letters.

Subscription Notes

Both membership options renew automatically based on the payment schedule you select.

Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time to stop future monthly charges and mailings. Canceling does not cancel or refund an edition that has already been charged or processed.

Canceling an annual membership prevents the following year's renewal. You will continue receiving all 12 monthly editions included in the year you have already purchased. Annual memberships cannot be partially refunded once the first edition has been processed.

Once an edition has been processed or mailed, it is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel an upcoming renewal, update your mailing address, reschedule a monthly payment, or need help with anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out. 😊
