Subscriptions

Your subscription to The Woodland Post is recurring and billed automatically according to your chosen plan. You will receive a reminder email 2 days before each renewal, giving you the chance to pause or cancel your subscription before being charged.

  • Refunds

Refunds for already-shipped subscription items are not available, as each package is custom-prepared for you. If you did not receive your mailing shipment, please contact us at info@theworrynotnook.com so we can investigate or send a replacement.

  • Cancellation

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by contacting us directly or using the self-service portal. Please do not use your bank or credit card to cancel the subscription, as this may delay resolution and prevent us from helping you directly.
